Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise from shelves based on pick lists to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape) to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping addresses and tracking information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or packing experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs regularly.
