Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (including Stand-up and Reach) to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility safely.
- Inspect forklifts and warehouse equipment daily to ensure they are in proper working order.
- Organize, stack, and palletize products to ensure efficient warehouse flow.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Scan items using barcode scanners for accurate inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of duties.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates eager to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory purposes.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
