Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) remotely for inventory tracking
- Coordinate with shipping carriers for timely deliveries
- Maintain quality control standards for all outgoing packages
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital platforms
- Participate in quarterly inventory counts (on-site)
- Optimize packing processes to reduce material waste
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Proficient in digital tools (MS Office, WMS software)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable high-speed internet for remote work
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional local deliveries)
- Pass background check and drug screening
