Responsibilities
- Move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications while maintaining FIFO compliance
- Operate material handling equipment safely and perform daily safety checks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
