Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Prepare orders for cold chain transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in cold environments (4°C/40°F)
- Valid Alaska driver's license a plus
- Forklift certification (training provided if needed)
