Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications while maintaining quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment including box sealers, labelers, and conveyor systems
- Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory records and assist with stock rotation
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize packing processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license (may be required for some tasks)
