Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (forklift, conveyor belts) following safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Documentation: Must be able to provide valid identification and work authorization.
