Responsibilities
- Pack products into boxes, crates, or cartons according to safety and customer specifications.
- Verify the accuracy of orders by comparing packing slips and product labels.
- Label packages correctly for domestic and international shipping.
- Operate packing machinery, scanners, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments when required.
- Report damaged goods or inventory discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or retail setting is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
