About the Role:
As an Order Packer, you will be the final touchpoint for our customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every order is picked, packed, and labeled correctly to ensure timely delivery. We offer competitive pay and a schedule that works for you.

Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately retrieve items from shelves and pack them into boxes using appropriate materials.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Labeling & Documentation: Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and packing slips to all packages accurately.
- Inventory Support: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and reporting stock discrepancies.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and RF scanners to move goods within the warehouse.
- Workspace Organization: Keep your packing station and aisles clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize shipping errors.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for calculating weights and postage.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a consistent attendance record.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
