Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inspect products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet our high standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) to move inventory efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any packing discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
