Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Sort, organize, and label inventory per company standards
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate stock records
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain training)
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
