Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders according to size and weight specifications.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
- Report damaged goods or inventory discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for reading labels and measuring dimensions.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability with a history of punctuality.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
