Responsibilities
- Package and label orders with precision and speed
- Scan and verify inventory using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Operate packing equipment (box sealers, tape dispensers, etc.)
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets
- Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to Jersey City location
