Job Summary
As an Order Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately preparing orders for shipment. You will work closely with the inventory team to maintain a smooth, efficient workflow in our state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming inventory and perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy.
- Select and pack items according to customer orders using scanners and handheld devices.
- Label, box, and seal packages securely for safe transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely when certified.
- Report damaged goods or inventory discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
