Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts to ensure timely distribution.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and verify merchandise against purchase orders to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (certification provided) and handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and digital logs accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required; we train motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and work in various weather conditions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping documents.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, able to pass a background check, and willing to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions clearly and communicate effectively with team members.
