Responsibilities
- Pack items securely and accurately according to customer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
- Label, sort, and stage packages for shipping in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners (training provided).
- Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stocking role is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Reliable transportation and a history of consistent attendance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
