Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and meet delivery deadlines.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift and material handling certifications are a plus.
