Responsibilities
- Pack & Prepare: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards and shipping protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Verify item descriptions, quantities, and packaging integrity to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Labeling: Apply correct shipping labels, barcodes, and documentation to all packages.
- Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to safety regulations.
- Equipment: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, tape guns, and scanners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Inventory Support: Assist with basic inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stocking experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Reliability: A history of punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime during peak seasons.
