Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used correctly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Load and unload trucks as required, following all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation and a good work history.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
