Responsibilities
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Inspect, label, and organize products for shipment according to company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (provided) such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify product counts against purchase orders and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
