Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Order Verification: Double-check orders to ensure the correct items, quantities, and quality are sent out.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep your assigned station clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict packaging standards to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order integrity.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic warehouse software.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
