Your Role
You will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Pack items securely and accurately according to customer specifications to prevent damage during transit.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management software to verify inventory counts.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality control and correct labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety quotas.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and tape dispensers.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld devices.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
