Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and prepare orders for shipment using proper materials and techniques
- Inspect products for defects and verify order specifications before packaging
- Operate packaging equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work area to ensure optimal workflow
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels and product locations
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and stocking of incoming inventory as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to the Mission District location
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
