Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment including box sealers, label machines, and conveyors
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counts
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with shipping team for efficient dock scheduling
- Process returns and damaged goods with proper documentation
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (for forklift operation training)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
