Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label products according to order specifications
- Operate packaging equipment and maintain clean workstations
- Verify order contents against packing lists and shipping manifests
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely departures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid NJ driver's license a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Background check and drug screen required
