Our 4-week paid training program covers packing techniques, inventory management, safety protocols, and equipment operation. Responsibilities
- Pack and label products according to specifications using proper materials
- Operate packaging equipment (tape guns, scales, shrink wrappers)
- Verify order accuracy through quality control checks
- Maintain organized and clean workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory receiving and stocking as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to our Tulsa facility
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Pass background check and drug screening
