Responsibilities
- Pack and ship orders with precision using our proven training systems
- Operate packing machinery and inventory software under guidance
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals
- Track inventory and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Continuously improve packing efficiency through training feedback
- Adhere to company quality standards and customer requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper training
