Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing equipment including tape dispensers, box cutters, and pallet jacks
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to shift supervisor
- Maintain clean and organized work area following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping team to coordinate daily order fulfillment
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (required for equipment operation)
