Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse zones with precision
- Operate material handling equipment safely and conduct pre-shift inspections
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Prepare documentation for material movements and inventory updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
