Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory safely and efficiently
- Maintain detailed electronic and physical records of inventory movements
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless transition of operations
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse security procedures
- Participate in monthly cycle counts and quarterly inventory audits
- Assist in equipment maintenance and report operational issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with weekend availability
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
