Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments with precision and accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA safety standards
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage systems
- Package and prepare outbound orders for timely delivery
- Conduct quality control checks on products and packaging
- Maintain clean, hazard-free work environment through regular sanitation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) including weekends
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
