Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse layout with proper stacking and labeling protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure 99.5% accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company security procedures
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs to supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
