Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack orders for timely shipment with zero tolerance for errors
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Complete daily reports and documentation with precision
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation to our Newark facility
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
