Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing freight using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and data.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not always required; on-the-job training provided.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
- Equipment Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
