Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders during overnight shifts
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipping
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Assist with unloading inbound shipments and organizing stock
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to/from our 10 PM - 6 AM shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
