Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with training
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and safety protocols
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity goals
- Document warehouse activities and inventory movements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and communication skills
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Reliable transportation to work site
