Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Load/unload trucks and organize products in designated storage areas
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation to the facility (remote-friendly scheduling does not mean remote work)
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with flexible scheduling options
