Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless delivery operations
- Implement and maintain quality control standards
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/supply chain
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Forklift certification and valid driver's license required
