Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Inspect and sort inbound shipments for quality control
- Prepare and maintain detailed shipping documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
