- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment processes
- Manage and mentor 15+ staff members through performance evaluations and training initiatives
- Implement lean practices to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize transportation and delivery schedules
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA certification and thorough knowledge of safety regulations
- Proven track record of inventory control and process optimization
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and MS Office Suite
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
