Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery fulfillment
- Maintain organized storage systems and ensure optimal warehouse cleanliness
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety procedures at all times
- Generate daily reports on inventory levels and operational metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with weekends
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Park Blvd location
