Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) to move inventory
- Perform accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Load/unload shipments with attention to safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized workspace per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily targets
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards immediately
- Assist with quality control checks on inbound/outbound goods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- No prior warehouse experience required—equipment training provided
- Pass background check and drug screening
