Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and process incoming shipments with a high degree of accuracy.
- Locate, pick, and stage merchandise to fulfill customer orders.
- Package, label, and prepare items for domestic and international shipping.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate digital records.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Reliable transportation and availability for the night shift (typically 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
