Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using company-provided equipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Load/unload trucks while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly (equipment provided for heavy items)
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
