Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory counts and assist with cycle counting processes
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA compliance and hazard prevention
- Collaborate with day-shift team to ensure smooth operational handovers
- Document all activities using warehouse management software and digital logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse technology
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in low-light conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
