Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing lists and warehouse instructions
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training and certification
- Scan and verify products using handheld RF scanners to ensure order accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Willingness to operate warehouse machinery after training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Reliable transportation to work site
