Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments with barcode scanning systems
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for outbound delivery using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-compliant safety standards
- Conduct quality control checks on products and packaging before shipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety policies and maintain clean workspaces per ISO standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficient with RF scanning devices and basic inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy in high-volume environments
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
