Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through strategic slotting and space utilization
- Ensure quality control standards are met for all products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and 5S methodology
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid state ID (forklift certification preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation to shift start time
