Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for same-day shipment fulfillment
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight supervisors to resolve operational issues
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Support cross-functional teams with remote inventory data updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM, weekends required)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to San Francisco facility
- Experience with WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) preferred
