Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort inbound shipments using WMS systems
- Pick and pack orders with zero-error rate for e-commerce clients
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (OSHA-certified training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counts and audits
- Ensure OSHA compliance in all material handling activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLA targets
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Stable overnight availability (10 PM - 6 AM schedule)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
